11. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. The Company may suspend services until payment is received.

12. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not applicable after work has started. Cancellations before project start may incur administrative fees. Full refunds apply if the Company cancels.

13. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Response Time: Within 24 hours (Mon-Sat)
  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% uptime for hosted services
  • Support Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday
